Today i continue to do the sixth homework of the Architecture Academy. Continuing the strangle from before i’m trying to recreate this building: Presidio Heights Residence.

Today i decided to go a little bit on the detail side and create the balcony and such. First i created the fence in the front door, which use some basic Array Modifier and a couple duplicate and then i created the semi-complex balcony.

It took quite some time for me to get the curve on the balcony railing right but finally i got it. There is also the balcony it self which take a couple extrude and scaling. Here is a test render and some screenshot:
